ORDER PROCESSING:

All our herbal offerings are handmade with a lot of care by folk herbalist Julia Magdalena. Our little business is run by her only. Flower Essences are bottled when ordered, which takes space, intention and time. 

Please allow up to 10 days for your order to be send out. We usually send out orders once a week. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way to you.

SHIPPING 

Orders are shipped with Posta Romana, the Romanian Post. You will receive an email with a tracking number for your order and can check the status here: https://www.posta-romana.ro/en/track-trace.html

As soon as your order reaches your country, you can use the local postal services website to track your order.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We do not accept any returns due to the handmade and energetic nature of our products. Please make a clear and grounded decision when purchasing~

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at julia@vrajabotanica.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition so we can find a solution together.
